Meditate your mind away


“In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you.” How appropriate is this quote by Deepak Chopra. Life is so busy. We all are caught in the grind. I was never a meditator because I thought I did not need it. I am generally a calm person, pretty relaxed most of the time. But then I developed an interest in meditation. I read articles about how it calms and relaxes your mind. And gradually I started to meditate. And I was taken aback by the result. I felt calm and composed. I felt positive and happy.

So, if you have not tried meditation yet, I urge you to try it out. Start with only few minutes and you will be pleasantly surprised by the outcome.
